I backed within the first four days, how do I make sure I get my free Cystal Myth dice set?
Here’s how this works: - You back the project (including a physical product) - Kickstarter makes a timestamp of when you backed - In Backerkit we select everyone who backed before the end of the 4th day of the campaign (Saturday March 21st) with a physical product in the order - Everyone of those people then gets asked, in their Backerkit survey, whether they want the dice. - If you say yes, they’re added to your order for free! You won’t get any confirmation until you hit Backerkit, but we’ll have updates closer to the end of the campaign re-explaining all of this.
If you edit your pledge, that’s fine, the timestamp doesn’t change and you’ll still recieve your free dice, even if you initially pledge at a tier that includes no physical products and later upgrade. If you cancel your pledge, however, then it’s deleted and you might miss out (even if you back again later).

Can I use this project for my D&D game using 5e 2014 or 5e 2024?
Absolutely! All the material across all books is written and balanced in such a way as to be compatible with D&D 5e and 5.5e (2014 and 2024). In cases where the systems diverge, such as in cases of classes gaining subclass features, we include a sidebox explaining exactly how they work in each system - no conversion necessary!

Will the handouts be available digitally? Or are they strictly print?
If you purchase the handout add on, this will include a digital PDF version. The same is true for the item cards, paradox cards, and any other paper-based accessories.
The handouts are also included in the VTT Bundle and the Digital Asset Bundle.

Can I get Heliana's Guide to Monster Hunting or Ryoko's Guide to the Yokai Realms?
Yes! They will be made available as add-ons as part of Backerkit, so if you’d like the first books in each series, you can add them to your order later!

How do I get add-ons?
When you choose a tier, you can add add-ons. If you don’t choose them when you back, you can hit ‘manage your pledge’, ‘change your pledge’, and add them.
You’ll have another chance to increase your pledge and purchase add-ons when we send out our backerkit surveys, so don’t worry about missing out!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
